Reiki Level One
Reiki level 1 is a wonderful introduction to the Reiki healing system. It allows you to become familiar with the Reiki energy in a very gentle way. It shows you hand positions for healing your body and you will also learn how to do Reiki self treatment and treatments on friends, family and aminals. You will also receive 1 distance attunement.  Anyone and everyone can benefit from the wonderful healing that Reiki brings. Level 1 is such a gorgeous introduction to the Reiki healing system, its so exciting as each person begins to feels and sense auras and chakras as well as being 
able to do Reiki healing on themselves. It's the first step that begins, an incredible journey. You will learn about: 
The History of Reiki. 
What Reiki is. 
The Reiki Principles 
The Chakras. 
The aura. 
Techniques for scanning, cleansing and protecting the aura. 
The hand positions used for self treatment and for healing others 
Experience guided meditations. 
You will also be shown how to do a full body treatment and will both give and receive a full treatment. After receiving the attunement to Level 1 you will receive a certificate by mail and will be offered ongoing support by email. The course includes a manual in .pdf format; and the attunement.  The manual will be emailed in "PDF" format and require  Acrobat Reader™ for viewing.   A certificate will be mailed to you upon completion of the course.
