Bear is one that gives insight, brings in new energies, is loving and protective…Bear is a totem or power animal for many who are mystics, shamans, or seers.
The bear, as a totem animal symbolizes many positive qualities, such as: physical strength, health, and fortitude, healing powers, intuition, introspection, seeking the truth, and grounding. Bears go into hibernation and symbolize these periods in our lives where we go within for answers.

The manual discusses eight different types of bears in the world, and how to use each of these different types of energy from each bear for healing. The manual also discusses celestial bears, which are animal guides from the spirit world and their energies and how to work with them.
